1. Seller and products
The seller is Hrytsyshyn Vladyslav Olehovych (Грицишин Владислав Олегович), an individual. The store at gradient-mc.com/store offers digital products for gg.gradient-mc.com. Features, quantity, any limited duration and price are specified in the product description before payment. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the server, software or trademarks.
2. Placing an order
Check the product, quantity, currency and Minecraft nickname before paying. No website account is required. Providing a receipt email is optional. Selecting the agreement checkbox and subsequently paying confirms acceptance of these purchase conditions. If you cannot enter such an agreement independently, obtain approval from your legal representative.
3. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. The selected payment service processes the transaction under its own rules. Check the final amount, currency and any fee on its payment page before authorising a charge. Do not use someone else’s payment details without permission. Store emails confirm orders; payment documents are supplied by the relevant service within its available functionality.
4. Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, the order enters the delivery queue for the specified nickname. Some products may require the player to be online. A technical delay does not mean you should pay again. If you have been charged but have not received the product, contact support with the order ID. An expired status indicates that the payment waiting period ended; it does not itself cancel a payment already made.
5. Problems and refunds
Contact support about duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, missing delivery or a product that differs from its description. Include the nickname, order ID, date, amount and an explanation; redact unnecessary payment details from any proof. The seller checks payment and delivery and addresses correction, delivery or a refund according to the circumstances and applicable law. The payment service may also affect the timing and method of an agreed refund. These conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
6. Use and changes
Products are used within the project according to their descriptions and server rules. Purchasing a product does not exempt a player from the rules. Time or season limits must be stated before purchase. Contact support if a paid feature becomes unavailable or materially differs from its description. Updates to these conditions do not retroactively change previously agreed order conditions.
