These terms cover interactions with gradient-mc.com and its store. The project is operated by Hrytsyshyn Vladyslav Olehovych (Грицишин Владислав Олегович), an individual. Game rules are published in the Rules section. Purchases are governed by the Public Offer, and information processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Nickname and security
Purchases use a Minecraft nickname and do not require a customer profile on this website. Check the information you enter and retain the order ID. Never share passwords with administrators or other players. Contact support about an incorrect order before paying again.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use payment methods without their owner’s permission, forge payment confirmations or exploit delivery errors. Attacks, unauthorised access and interference with services are prohibited. Report security issues privately without disclosing other users’ information.
4. Game rules and restrictions
Access to the game server depends on compliance with its rules. Purchasing a product does not exempt a player from moderation. Disputes about restrictions, unavailable paid features or technical errors are considered in light of the circumstances, the product description and mandatory user rights.

Minecraft and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Gradient is an independent project and is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Respect the rights of the authors of website materials. Maintenance or failures may temporarily interrupt the website, payment providers or game servers. Use the Public Offer support procedure for an unfulfilled purchase.
